A fine collection of my favourite bad guys, but you have to admit there's something a bit lovable about a couple of them... Fineliner on watercolour paper and a delight to draw. This is really the sort of stuff I love doing. Happy to be commissioned on this type of thing. 38cm x 27cm £50

Painting No.5 in this series. Watercolour and ink in a temporary frame. . I've never seen one of these birds but my cat has probably eaten one. Painting measures 21cm x 15cm; with temporary frame 30cm x 21cm. This can obviously be replaced with a proper frame. £25

Bullfinch

Fourth painting in my new series. Watercolour and ink, currently in a temporary frame. I saw a bullfinch once (and only once!) - it was awesome. Bigger and rosier than I expected with a really loud song - amazing! Painting measures 21cm x 15cm; with temporary frame, 30cm x 21cm. This can be replaced with a proper frame. £25

Great Tit

Third painting in my new series. Watercolour and ink. Since we got cats, all the garden birds that used to visit our garden daily disappeared, not very mysteriously, except for these jolly fellows. Great Tits don't seem bothered at the prospect of being a meal, but maybe they just don't taste nice... Painting measures 27cm x 18cm; with temporary frame, 36cm x 25cm. This can be replaced with a proper frame. £25

Long-tailed Tit

The second in my new series of paintings in this style and I chose birds to practice this with. I love long-tailed tits - they are really acrobatic and are typically in large, busy groups. Poppy – Jack Russell study

Poppy Study in watercolour and ink. My second attempt at drawing a dog! This is my friend's Jack Russell, Poppy, who is adorable and hopefully I've captured some of her character. I'd paint my cats but they're usually asleep or eating a range of wildlife in the back garden.
